Believe it or not, I will be taking part in the 2019 Pyongyang Marathon in North Korea. Would be so grateful if you could help me raise money for Downside Up, which is a charity which helps children and young adults with Down's Syndrome in Russia. 

They just opened a new young adult centre where they urgently need money to make sure that young adults with Down's syndrome  can be fully integrated in mainstream society.  They are particularly working towards employability so that they can receive the and the fulfilment that comes having a job. My cousin, Florence Garett, is a leading example of what can be achieved.
