Pray for Elias

Elias Gonzales is a 14 year old young man with a bright smile, brave heart, and a sense of humor that can make anyone laugh. Unfortunately, he has been in a battle for his health and life since he was 6 years old. He courageously conquered cancer but continues to fight the aftermath of 3 years of chemo, numerous surgeries, and a tremendous amount of complications. Elias now lives with a list of medical issues which include constant head pain. He has a shunt to drain the excess cerebral spinal fluid from his brain to his atrium, in order to protect his optic nerves and preserve his eyesight. Unfortunately, shunts are finicky and once again Elias is facing brain surgery and a 5 day infusion to assist him with his pain. Medical expenses, travel-SO MUCH travel, and unpaid time off of work, has been a continuous strain on this family.
Let’s alleviate some of the stress so Andrea (Elias’ mama) can stay by her son’s side without the dread of mounting bills. Thanks so much!
