Sophie and her Dad were in a terrible car accident in Iowa on August 25th on their way from Kansas City to Wisconsin.  Sophie has had several surgeries to try to save her right arm and is still currently inpatient in Iowa as of September 16th.  Her most recent surgery was just this morning.  The family could use our help as Carolyn had to pick up insurance for the family and is taking quite a hit on their income.  Carolyn has been traveling back and forth from here to Iowa to be with Sophie as much as possible while Martin and Michaela try to hold down the fort at home.  Being able to provide help with regular monthly expenses as well as medical costs as they start to come in will help them to focus on Sophie's healing.  She has a long road ahead of her.
