Hi Everyone, my name is Bryanna Athens and i'm raising money to help my beautiful sister fight cancer. As many of you know, Michelle has been battling triple negative breast cancer for the past year. Although the doctors said she had beat breast cancer, we found out just a couple months ago that the cancer had metastasized to her brain. She is now fighting for her life to beat this one. Last Friday, Michelle underwent a very high risk brain surgery to remove the growing tumor on her brain stem. Although the tumor was removed successfully, Michelle's cognitive abilities have been compromised. She is on a long road to recovery and won't be able to care for herself for some time.

Michelle is a fighter. She is one of the strongest woman I know and has battled every aspect of this cancer. She got through the first year and she will get through this one. Michelle would never ask for financial help because she is so independent, but I am here to ask for her. She need us. She needs her friends, family, and anyone who has the ability to help out even just a little bit. Hospital bills are racking up on top of her personal bills. If we can help her by alleviating some financial stress for when she's able to be her strong, independent self again then we will do it!
