Rebecca is a vibrant seven year old girl, who up until about a month ago, was enjoying a normal childhood with her parents and two older sisters.  Unexpectedly, she developed pain and swelling in her left knee, preventing her from walking or putting any pressure on the leg.  Her pediatrician sent her for an X-ray which revealed a tumor growing in her left femur.  Upon further testing, Rebecca was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma.

Osteosarcoma  is type of cancer that starts in the bones.  About 400 cases a year are diagnosed in the U.S. in children and teens.

Rebecca is currently receiving chemotherapy and then will require surgery in the near future.  Any financial support is greatly appreciated  to alleviate the costs of Rebecca's treatment.
