Payden (Py) Brown was a pedestrian involved in a hit and run accident on 12/6/18.  Just after dark while on his way home from work, he pulled over on Wells Lane Rd to pick up some trash out of the middle of the road.  Before he was able to get back into his vehicle a driver hit him head on and drove away without stopping.  Py was transported to Hendrick Hospital in Abilene and later care-flighted to Lubbock where they have learned that he has a broken/shattered leg, multiple contusions, two separate fractures in his pelvis, a broken hand, bad concussion, head lacerations, and severe pain throughout.  Py is going to need multiple surgeries to repair his broken bones and heal his open wounds.  

While he is in Lubbock, we are raising funds for his family to stay there with him, specifically for hotels, meals, gas, etc.  This will be a long recovery and will require a significant amount of time in and out of hospitals and doctor's offices.  If you are not able to give, we ask that you lift Py and his family up in your prayers; pray for healing, comfort, and for the pain to subside.  Pray for Kasey, Maverick, Macklan, Tina, Eddie, and the rest of the family as they spend the holidays with Doctors and Nurses working to help Py on the road to recovery.
