Please Help Me Get My Life Back

Dear family, friends and all others who are here. I never thought I would be here asking for help and fighting to get my life back due to unforeseen medical problems that I have been having. I have been having chronic pain due to upper cervical instability in my neck, causing an array of symptoms day to day. I am often stuck on the couch or bed because I am too disoriented to function. On the days I am not stuck in bed, I have severe dizziness and pain in my head and neck, accompanied by many other issues and symptoms. I am on the path to getting treatment however, traveling states away for my treatment for weeks to months and racking up a mass amount of medical bills will send my family into a financial spiral that we may never recover from again. I will be forever grateful to those who can help me as I start my medical journey. This will not be easy for me, my kids or my husband, but it is the only chance I have to get my life back and enjoy life again.
