Hi I’m Jess , since 2017 I’ve been struggling with my gender identity and due to my mental health I’ve never actually took the plunge to start T or get top surgery,, 2 years ago I set up a go fund me but with in a week I deleted it due to still feeling conflicted! Fast forward to now and I’m on testosterone and finally want to get top surgery, however it is on the pricey side and unfortunately I can’t wait on the NHS list I would not survive that ,, so I’m going private and I think this is the best decision I’ve made in a while :) all and any donations/ shares will be very appreciated
