Casey Sheffield is a sweet 14 year old teenage boy who was recently diagnosed with aplastic anemia as a result of hepatitis that was caused by an antibiotic he was prescribed. He and his family thought he was out of the woods when he recovered from the hepatitis only to have this severe complication. Casey will need a bone marrow transplant and chemotherapy. To add to the story, Casey lost both of his maternal grandparents in January 2021 secondary to Covid-19. This family has been through a lot in the last 5 months. They face many months of medical procedures, blood transfusions, medications, lost pay, etc. Please add your financial support to help the Sheffield Family if you are able.
