Late last year my good friend and coworker, Amber Grace Kennedy, was diagnosed with Renal medullary carcinoma, also known as RMC. RMC is a rare cancer of the kidney that predominantly afflicts young people of African descent who carry the sickle cell trait.  

She is a prayer warrior in a fight for her life on top of like the rest of us dealing with the struggles of COVID-19. She is strong but no one should have to deal with this alone, let’s all find it in our hearts  to pitch in to help ease a little of her stress.
