Duane Easterling's three children

Hi, my name is Destinie,

I am writing you today to let you know about the loss of Duane Easterling. Duane is my dad. My brothers and I lost our dad on January 10, 2023. My big brothers are barely 25 and I am only 12, and we want to give him the memorial he deserves. My dad loved us very much. He always made us laugh and did what he could to show up for us. Well, the morning he left us, he had an epileptic seizure that took him from us. My grandma also lost her husband not long ago and she is raising my brothers. My mom is just one person, and she is raising me and my other brother. My brothers and I would like to be able to give the proper goodbye to my daddy. My dad always made everyone laugh and lighten the mood. He was a good daddy to my brothers and me. My dad didn’t ask to have epilepsy, but he did and had to leave us too soon.

I lost my grandma almost three years ago and was not able to say goodbye the proper way because it cost so much. I am asking for help for me and my brothers to put our daddy to rest the proper way. Anything would be helpful.

We are absolutely devastated by our daddy’s passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the service. Based on researching expenses the cost of a burial today is $8000; and that doesn’t include the memorial service. We are hoping to have the funds around the 24th of January. I have started the fundraiser to help raise money to help me and my brothers to be able to say goodbye to our daddy. Please consider donating if you can do so.
