Hello everyone!
We’re the Piney Woods Auto Club (PWAC), a passionate group of students from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, united by our love for cars, hands-on learning, and giving back to our community.
Our goal is simple: to rebuild, restore, and inspire.
We’re working on an exciting rebuild on a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix! This project isn’t just about fixing up an old car; it’s about creating opportunities for SFA students to gain real, hands-on experience in automotive work.
Through this build, our members are learning teamwork, problem-solving, and the skills needed to maintain and repair vehicles safely and confidently.
PWAC is dedicated to helping students and the community feel more comfortable working on their own cars.
As we rebuild the Grand Prix, we’ll be creating educational videos and tutorials that show step-by-step how to tackle different car projects.
These videos will be free to watch and will help others gain valuable knowledge about automotive repair, maintenance, and modification.
Once the Grand Prix is complete, we plan to host a giveaway event where one lucky person will win the finished car!
This isn’t just a prize; it’s a symbol of the teamwork, effort, and craftsmanship that went into every bolt and bracket. It’s our way of giving back and inspiring others to pursue their passion for cars.
Every dollar raised will directly support our project. Your contributions will help cover:
- Replacement parts and restoration materials
- Filming and editing equipment for tutorial videos
- Safety gear and tools for our members
- Event expenses for the car giveaway
No donation is too small; every bit helps us move closer to our goal and makes a real difference for our student members.
We invite you to follow along as we bring the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix back to life one bolt, one video, and one act of generosity at a time.
Thank you for supporting Piney Woods Auto Club (PWAC) and our mission to educate, inspire, and give back to the Lumberjack community!
