Our family has suffered an unexpected great loss. With a heavy heart we inform you of the passing of our family member David Jay. The family would like to give David the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and to say our last goodbyes. All donations will go to his mother Lynette Hernandez who will be in charge of the funeral arrangements. Any money left after funeral expenses will be placed in an account for David’s son Lucas Jay.
