Help Isaiah's Family Overcome Financial Struggles

For those who know me well, you know that it is not an easy task for me to reach out for help, particularly financial support. However, life has a way of keeping us humble and it has recently reminded me that we are all a few paychecks away from being in a financial hole.
About 9 months ago, Isaiah was in a terrible mountain biking accident that called for an ambulance ride, a couple of ER visits, a surgery, a few nights in a hospital, and several follow-up appointments. Isaiah had 4in. of stick pulled out of his eye socket, the surgeon was amazed that he kept his eye and that the stick did not penetrate his brain. Now, 9 months later, Isaiah just finished his first season of competitive basketball and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude that he came out of all that with only emotional scars.
When all was said and done the medical bills were just over $48,000. Thankfully for health insurance my portion to pay was only $8,000. This amount seemed doable at the time and I have been able to pay chunks of it over the past couple of months. Unfortunately, I was laid off from my job a couple of weeks ago and being the only financial provider of my family of four, this has left me needing to work around some large financial deficits. I appreciate any support you are able to provide. Please feel no obligation, your positive thoughts are just as appreciated!
