Hi my name is Kadence downing and I am here to share my daughters story and ask for your support. Raising a medically needy baby is so hard both financially physically and emotionally. Many people ask how they can help and this is one way and prayers as well.

parker was born at 29 weeks gestation and spent 51 days in the nicu where she was found to have kidney issues called Hydronephrosis she was discharged home for 20 days. While home she was having a hard time feeding and she went limp and blue. So we took her to our childerns hospital where she was admitted for 65 days in the PICU. This was a long battle. After fighting for her life many surgies to try and correct her air way and feeding issue she ended up with a treachostomy tube. After fighting for her life with over 60 respitory arrest of those months she was finally able to come home dec 23. On January 3rd our world crashed agian. And she was admitted to one hospital for 10 days in the PICU and another hospital for 5 days in the PICU where she had over 10 cardiac arrest in the first hospital with no answers as to why. Untimatley we don’t have any set answer but the second hospital was able to find a start of a heart condition. And we were send home on jan 27th while finally getting settled home Parker had a bunch of seizures back to back. Over the course of 45 minutes. Ems was able to give her medication to break the seizure she was then life flighted to childerns where we are now. Parker has a long list of diagnosis .  Including chromosome deletion 1q21.1 bronchial and tracheal malaica central apnea hydronphonisis feeding difficulties. Trach-vent dependcey gtube fed and now seizures she just cannot catch a break. Parker hasn’t stopped fighting and either will we.
