Help save Jax's leg!

Hi, my name is Jax. Right now I'm hurting quite a bit, but I'd like to tell you my puppy story.
I'm a 4 month old lab mix with a vivacious, rambunctious and often clumsy nature. Yesterday I was playing with my sister dog and things got a little too rough for my tiny, constantly growing self. I fell and landed on my leg wrong, and felt a bad, bad pain. Mom came running and she knew it wasn't good by the way I was limping! I'll tell you a little bit about mom. She's a physical therapist assistant at a nursing home and loves to help. She wanted so badly to help me, but turns out it was more than just a sprain after all.
The vet delivered the bad news: a broken femur right at the growth plate on my back leg. The worst part: a $2000 surgery to fix it. They sent me home with some puppy pain pills and no splint, referring mom to surgeons who don't offer payment plans and she was denied Care Credit because of her student loans. Mom is really in a bind financially and could use some help this time.
The vet told us amputation would be cheaper, but we are looking at that only as a last resort. The vet said surgery needed to be done soon so my growth isn't stunted and my muscles don't tighten up.
Any little bit will help and be immensely appreciated. Any unused portion will be graciously donated to another animal(s) in need.
