Justin's Road to Recovery Needs You

I created this GoFundMe to help my brother's family while he is in the hospital.

The morning of June 6th, 2025, Justin had a stroke/medical emergency at work. It took about 20 minutes for the medics to arrive. As far as we know, there was no loss of oxygen during that time. When Justin arrived at the hospital, he continued to have seizures, so they sedated and intubated him. Tests have shown some information, but they won’t know everything until he wakes up.

Although we don’t know much yet, we do know that changes are inevitable. Changes that will take many car trips, prescriptions, doctor appointments, physical therapy, etc.

This is extremely hard on my niece, Izzy, who adores her dad. Having fought her own battle with cancer (and continues to fight), this is all very overwhelming. Her mother, Erica, has been the glue making sure everyone is okay, even while fighting her own health battles.

I have so much faith that in time, things will be okay, but it’s a long road!
