Provide a Safe Haven for Amber and Her Kids

Hello, my name is Amber. I’m currently experiencing homelessness with my two children. One is handicapped and recently diagnosed with cerebral palsy. My son was born at 6 months with a weight of 1lb 10oz.He was fighting for his life. He was 5 1/2 months in the NICU. He’s undergone 2 surgeries and 1 emergency surgery to fix a failed shunt. One of the surgeries was a gastronomy procedure to help with growth. He is being taken care of by 8 doctors and we recently received his first two wheelchairs to help with development. I’m currently not working to stay with my son. He has therapies, doctor appointments, and nurse visits that take up most of my time.
Right now, we are going back and forth between family members. Since we are experiencing homelessness, some treatments are canceled. It’s getting more difficult to stay with family with all of our belongings. Staying with family is also bringing them problems with their landlords. I’ve reached out to everyone that could help. They all require things I can not provide.
I’m looking to my community to help me with a security deposit and a first month's rent. I will be eternally grateful for whatever you can give to help me reach my goal to provide a home for my children. Thank you to everyone that contributes in advance.
