Hello, my name is Desso and I'm one of two instructors for Gulf Coast Saber Training, a martial arts sport based training that teaches lightfencing, or the art of sword fighting with an LED saber. We have been teaching others in our area the art of the sword for almost ten years, and now we have a chance to show off our collective efforts for the whole country. We are looking to fund some round trip tickets the next big event for several members of our group in order to be part of the exhibition there. More details to come, but it's huge for us and the lightfencing community.

This is a free class that we have been hosting this long. We wanted to make this martial arts sport accessible to anyone in our community without a price point, and have funded most of the events and gear ourselves, but this is a chance to make the sport more widely recognized and available on a national scale.
