Putting Jessica, our cancer warrior, to rest.

The world lost a wonderful person today, February 18, 2025. We will never be the same without Jessica Wright, my beloved sister, in our lives. We can only hope to keep her memory alive, and we would love your help in doing this.

Jessica was a childhood cancer survivor & she continued fighting her battle on/off through her entire adult life. She was a spokesperson for the cancer society in London, Ontario and she was an inspiration for many. Although she fought a long battle, her smile never faded. Her humor & positivity were contagious. She had a love for life regardless of her circumstances.

Jessica will be missed by her mother, father, sister, nieces, relatives and friends.

Her loss will be felt throughout the cancer community in London and beyond.

We thank the many healthcare professionals who helped care for Jessica throughout her life as well as in her final weeks.

We are forever grateful.

We have had some significant financial stress from loss of income due to missing work to care for her, paying for hospital parking fees on the daily for weeks, as well as some uninsured medical needs while she was still living at home.
