What would you grab if you had just minutes to evacuate your home? Phil and Chris Putnam lost their home Thur 7/26 in the devastating Carr fire in Northern California. They had just returned home from errands and had a knock on their door telling them they had minutes to get out. The fire that was at a safe distance away had jumped and quickly became a threat to their neighborhood. The Putnams got out with just items in their safe and a picture or two. No clothes, no decades worth of special collections, nothing. The entire neighborhood is gone.

I don't know what they need or what an appropriate "goal" would be for this campaign, I just wanted to help somehow and can't even begin to imagine what they are going through.
