Putnam Avenue Family Association (PAFA) is raising funds to build community and better support our school. Our goal is to raise $3,000 and we need your help. We welcome gifts of any size: $5, $20, $100, $200, or more.
We welcome all Putnam Ave families, whether it’s coming up with ideas, helping out, or simply enjoying meeting other families at PAFA events. We want our fundraising efforts to also bring people together and build on the school’s fantastic community spirit.
PAFA supports our school and families in many ways, including
- Hosting community events including Parent Social in September, Elementary to Middle School Caregiver Connect, High School transition event, Parenting during the middle school years & Youth mental health awareness workshops.
- Organizing family community service day at Magazine Beach
- Purchasing a new music speaker system for the school dance, selling pizza and flower at school musical
- Organizing Caregiver mentorship program
- Catering for the annual staff/ teacher appreciation luncheon.
- Hosting monthly caregiver meetings.
- Encouraging volunteerism
