Go Vegan billboard in Peoria
Peoria Area Voices for Animals, a local animal rights group, is seeking funds to rent the billboard located at 720 W. War Memorial Drive. Our message will invite the public to reject speciesism and adopt a vegan lifestyle. The design will feature a dog and a pig, and it will ask, "Why love one, but eat the other?".
One month's rent is $2000, plus $540 initial cost to produce the vinyl design. If we raise more than one month's initial cost, we would use the additional funds to extend the rent period, or possibly rent a similar billboard in another Peoria location.
