Put PIP on the Record

Hello Everyone,

Last year Recovery in the Bin provided me with a recording kit for my PIP assessment. I was awarded standard rate care without needing to go through mandatory reconsideration or appeal. I can't begin to say how grateful I am to RITB. I fully believe I would have lost all my PIP support without the objective evidence provided by a recording - because that is what is happening to so many people.

To say thank you to RITB and ensure other people have access to the help I had, I want to raise money in support of RITB's campaign to put PIP and WCA (work capability assessments) on the record. They are helping people get vital access to recording kits that meet the DWP requirements. You can read more about their campaign here: https://recoveryinthebin.org/2019/10/30/put-pip-and-wca-assessments-on-the-record-a-call-to-action/

Each kit costs approximately £120. It would be wonderful if you could help me raise £480 so RITB can purchase 4 recording kits and make them available in more places around the country.

Everything raised will go to RITB.

If you aren't able to donate at this time, please be very kind and pass on the link to support this vital project.

Thank you so much for your help
