Put Erik to rest

It is with a very heavy heart that I must let all who need to know be aware that we have lost Erik unexpectedly. His family, friends, ARMY brothers & sisters, and those he ever came in contact with are extremely broken hearted over it. There were many I was able to reach out to personally but know the reality is there are so many more who I won’t be able to contact and will see this and hear for the first time. For that, I apologize but wanted to do whatever I could to inform.  There is still much questions and grief to experience and I only pray in time the pain will subside for those closest to him, especially his boys and brothers. Although Erik and I were divorced we had mended and became close friends and communicated often. This is a huge and difficult loss for our family and Erik’s friends.

Erik Hensin is survived by:

Two sons, Caleb (23) and Jacob (21) Hensin

Two younger brothers, Sean and Toby Hensin and their wives, Felicia and Leann

Three nieces, Makena, Sierra & Hannah and two nephews, Shiloh and Zack

Ex-spouse, Lori Hensin (married 19 years)
