Random Reps For The Rainforest!

Hi! I’m Ben. I'm a 37-year old husband and father from South London.

I'm raising money in a weird, slightly painful, and hopefully impactful way — by doing sets of 20-100 push-ups, randomly selected every day.

The rules are simple:

I get one shot at completing the set.

I must do it with good form.

No knees on the floor.

No hands lifting off the ground.

If I pass, I pass. If I fail? I donate $5 to the Rainforest Alliance, an amazing organization that helps protect forests, support sustainable farming, and empower local communities — so that hopefully my kids, and yours, get to grow up with clean air, wild forests, and a thriving planet too.
