Vio here,
Walk for Mental Health In February and March I set myself a challenge: Do push-ups every single day and raise money for men’s mental health and food bank support.
Some days were easy.
Some days were very hard. But I kept going because this stopped being about fitness very quickly. It became about showing up. Every day. Even when you don’t feel like it. Especially when you don’t feel like it. Because that’s what many people dealing with stress, anxiety, pressure, and silent struggles have to do every day — just keep going.
So in April, the challenge continues, but in a different way. In April I will alternate every day: One day: 400 push-ups, Next day: 30-minute fast walk, Then repeat for the entire month Push-ups represent strength and discipline.
Walking represents mental health, clearing your mind, and moving forward even when life feels heavy.
This challenge is to raise money for: Men’s mental health support
Food bank support for people who are struggling If you can donate, even a small amount, it helps more than you think.
If you can’t donate, please share the page. This is no longer just a fitness challenge.
This is a mission to turn effort into help for others.
Thank you to everyone who supports, shares, donates, or simply follows the journey.
Let’s make April count.
If 50 people donate £5, that’s £250 for men’s mental health and food support. Small donations make a big difference.
