OCTOBER CAMPAIGN
10 MONTHS. ZERO EXCUSES. ONE MISSION.
Ten months ago, I started a challenge.
What began as a fitness goal became something much bigger.
Every month, I increased the challenge.
100 push-ups became 200.
200 became 300.
Then 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900.
I’ve added walks, squats, crunches and calf raises along the way.
But the numbers have never been the real point.
The mission has always been men’s mental health and helping people who are struggling.
Because behind closed doors, men are dealing with things they don’t always talk about.
Stress.
Pressure.
Loneliness.
Financial difficulties.
Anxiety.
Feeling like they have to handle everything alone.
I can’t solve those problems by doing push-ups.
But I can use the challenge to raise awareness, start conversations and raise money to help.
And that’s why I’m still going.
THE OCTOBER CHALLENGE
This month I’m raising the standard again.
PLANKS — starting at 60 seconds and adding 10 seconds every plank day
1,000 PUSH-UPS on every alternate day
Starting with a 60-second plank on Day 1.
Then:
Plank → 1,000 push-ups → longer plank → 1,000 push-ups…
All the way through October.
That’s 15,000 push-ups across the month, alongside progressively longer planks.
But October isn’t about proving how much punishment I can put my body through.
It’s about proving something much more important:
We can keep showing up.
For ourselves.
For each other.
And for people who need support.
WHAT YOUR DONATION SUPPORTS
This campaign continues to raise money for:
Men’s mental health support and awareness
Food bank support
❤️ People and families experiencing hardship
You don’t need to donate a fortune.
£5 matters. £10 matters. £20 matters.
And if you can’t donate, please share the campaign.
I’m completing the reps.
Now let’s turn those reps into something that actually helps people.
Ten months.
One mission.
WE NEVER QUIT.
WE KEEP GOING.
