We’re Mollie and Liam, and we’re taking on our first-ever Hyrox to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support—a charity that stands by those fighting cancer and their families when they need it most.

Why We’re Doing This;

Cancer doesn’t just affect those diagnosed—it shakes entire families, turning lives upside down. We’ve seen firsthand the toll it takes, and we want to do something that makes a difference.

Our Personal Story;

This challenge is more than just a fitness event for us. It’s personal.

• Liam’s brother, Brandon, fought stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma a few years ago. After a brutal battle, he was put into remission, but cancer never truly let go. Now, he’s back in treatment—facing chemotherapy, radiation, stem cell therapy, and a proton procedure. It’s a steeper hill to climb, but he fights every day with incredible strength.

• Liam himself was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia just two years ago—right after serving six years in the Welsh Guards. Despite his diagnosis, he refuses to slow down. He now serves as a full-time firefighter, showing resilience.
