Please help raise $2000 for Davonte Pressley, a survivor of police violence, to recover from the trauma of 3 years on Rikers Island awaiting trial. 

Background:
After close to three years on Rikers Island , awaiting trial, Davonte Pressley, a 26-year-old Black, spoken word artist and lifelong East Flatbush resident, is home! 


But his family really needs our help so that Davonte can recover and get back on his feet.  His mother, Paulette Pressley has taken days off from work to help  support his medical needs given that Davonte  was taken to Rikers right after 17 hours of surgery .  Davonte was  shot 3 times by NYPD officer Miguel Gonsalves of the 68th PCT, whom 9 months later, murdered Dwanye  Jeune  in his home in front of his mother.
