We’ve chosen Cardiff Mind as our Charity of the Year because its mission strongly aligns with our values. As a Cardiff‑based organisation, supporting a local charity means the funds we raise will directly help people close to home - our families, friends, colleagues, and wider community.

While conversations around mental health are improving, stigma and misunderstanding still exist. Cardiff Mind works tirelessly to challenge discrimination, deliver high‑quality mental health services, and empower people to live with independence and dignity. We’re proud to support their work and kick off our fundraising year with a challenge that reflects resilience, teamwork, and determination, the very qualities needed to support better mental health for all.
