Purchase of Masjid in a desperate area Orangeville

Our beloved Prophet (SAW) has said: "Whoever build a mosque for Allah, Allah will build same for him in Paradise". ( Al-Saheehain)
COMMUNITY DESPERATELY IN NEED OF MASJID
We are a Muslim community in Dufferin area of Ontario, Canada, really struggling and striving since more than 10 years now to establish a proper place of worship where we can fulfill our religious duties, prayers and maintain regular educational Islamic classes and activities for adults and children, specially for our youth and kids who are worryingly pulling away from Islam due to lack of resources or connection with Islam/mosque. The closest mosque from these cities is 45 minutes to one and a half hours away.
With the help of Allah SWT about two years ago couple of brothers and sisters managed to establish a small place in a very old garage and basement and the whole place since its establishment has been maintained by one family with a lot of challenges. In this place we carry on our prayers, provide a facility for travellers to pray, Friday prayers, taraweh, iftar gatherings, Eid prayers, dawah activities and other Islamic activities and events yet again with a lot of difficulties.
Our biggiest struggle at the moment is that the place is not proper for mosque purposes, it is very very small, sometimes during the gatherings brothers and sisters are left outside either in hot sun or cold and snow to pray. The garage does not have heating or cooling system, there are always water leaks and a lot of maintenance issues and only one little washroom shared by men and women and no proper place to make wudu. We are in desperate need of coming up with funds to purchase and maintain a place we can convert to a proper mosque inshAllah. All help is from Allah SWT and we are hoping Allah SWT will make you a source to help.
MUSLIM FAMILIES, YOUTH AND KIDS IN NEED OF ISLAMIC CENTRE
We all manage to fund our worldly needs somehow, lets take this call as a chance to help purchase a masjid which inshAllah in return will result in sadaqa jaariyah, strengthening of Muslim families and reviving their committment to deen who are established in this area since long and gradually going far from Islam and many more families that are moving new to these cities. We regularly host dawah groups who come to speak to these families and establishing a mosque will help us spread the message of Islam tremendously.
NON-MULIMS INTERESTED IN ISLAM
Through continuious efforts, we mashAllah have a lot of people from other faiths contacting us continiously interested in knowing more about Islam, while some resulted in converting to Islam with the help of Allah SWT a lot more others we havn't been able to provide continues support, knowledge and follow up due to not having a proper place, resources and lack of funds. Just entering the place becomes a discouragement for those inquiring. We can't even put up a sign that this is a mosque.
We need to arrange regular staff for different purposes like cleaning, imam, support for Muslims, new Muslims and non-Muslims interested in Islam.
We thank Allah subhanahu wa Taala for blessing us with the beautiful deen of Islam. May Allah SWT help convey this appeal to your hearts wherever you are in the world and while you are still in this world, so you may contribute no matter how little, it will help us in this magnificant mission.
