A Step by Step Learning Academy was established on January 2, 2012. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, educational experience for children during their early childhood years. Many disadvantaged children enter kindergarten before they’re fully ready, which may lead to the implementation of intervention services later on. Our goal is to reach children developmentally, socially, emotionally and academically to prepare them more readily for their formal educational years.

While we’ve been productive in executing our mission, there’s still a need for improvement. We’re currently in pursuit of property ownership, renovations for an additional classroom, and creating indoor/outdoor play areas. With this, we’re seeking donors to assist with some of the financial overhead. Donations of $1,000 will be honored with a name engraved on a brick on the building.
