Purchase a Local Coffee Shop

This is Daniel.

I have been given the opportunity to purchase a local coffee shop, Peavine Coffee. This is turnkey business with some training - including the ability to learn coffee roasting - and an established customer base.

Most importantly, it is a great step toward my ultimate dream: opening a youth/community center.

This coffee shop is inside the Prescott Valley Public Library, so I have an immediate connection with the city to help build a good working relationship.

It is down the street from a few elementary schools, a junior high, and a high school, so I have the opportunity to build connections with the local community and make a good impact on the upcoming generation.

It gives me the opportunity to take an existing business and potentially grow toward helping the community in general.

This is more than a simple coffee shop for me. I intend to grow it into a community outreach to make the city as a whole better.

All funds raised will go into purchasing the company and supplies to keep it running while further income is generated.

If you are concerned that I may not get enough, the current owner has agreed to carry until it can be paid in full while he moves on to other business ventures.
