Roxie is in need of a lift recliner to alleviate her painful suffering caused by Stage 4 Lipedema. She lives and sleeps in her chair. Roxie has numerous masses on the backs of her thighs, making it impossible to lay her legs out straight. She frequently screams out in pain while sleeping. Because of the inadequate chair she currently sleeps in, she has developed painful sores on her heels.

Roxie has been a faithful servant of the Lord her entire life, teaching Children's Church for 20 years, and also teaching Women’s Bible Study. She said, “I cry and pray a lot”.

The chair shown has a unique feature which allows the mechanisms to work independently of each other, making it a medical necessity for Roxie’s pain relief and quality of life.
