Hello friends! We are looking to purchase a portable drum riser/stage for VMI students when we perform at places that lack either a stage or a drum riser. Coming right up this includes porch fest and Modstock. Much of what we are able to offer at VMI in terms of equipment and performance opportunities is made possible by generous donations. Each 4 x 4 piece of portable stage is approximately $500. With four pieces we could make a good drum riser. If we were able to purchase eight or 12 pieces we would have enough for a complete stage. We receive so much support from the community in so many ways that we already feel completely blessed and grateful. If anyone is inclined to support this particular project, thank you very much.
