Ron Gremp's Tragic House Fire

Donation protected
Hi, I’m Ruell Chappell and it breaks my heart to inform you of, my friend and bandmate, Ron Gremp’s recent tragedy. Ron lost everything to a house fire, at his farm in Rolla, early Friday morning. I can only imagine what a devastating loss it was, as he was born on this farm.

Ozark Mountain Daredevils drummer since 1989 and valued band family member and friend, Ron has been an essential part of the music we all have enjoyed for decades. Unfortunately, due to the covid shutdown, Ron had to discontinue his home insurance, leaving his house, and everything in it, a complete loss.

He fought the fire as best he could receiving a few burns and lacerations in the effort. It is a miracle he woke up in time to get out of the house. It's a miracle he's still with us.

I hope the music community, musicians and fans, will come together to help Ron buy the necessities. Even the smallest contribution will make a significant impact.

The Daredevils have kindly stepped up to replace Ron's drums and any musical accessories he may need.

As you know I couldn’t be asking for help for a kinder, more deserving person than Ron. So, if you can, please join me in a kind donation. All donations will go directly to Ron. Thank you in advance for your kindness and your generosity.

Blessings
