Punctured Lung

On Sunday night, Our baby pup Otis(the best little man in the world) got quilled by a porcupine. He underwent surgery last night to remove well over 200 quills. This afternoon, we noticed he was breathing really short and seems to not be able to catch his breathe. We immediately brought him back to the emergency vet. Xrays showed quills have punctured his lungs and needs immediate surgery, the surgery costs are close to $9000.   Anything helps . Thank you
