Punching Paulo for Mental Health Awareness

Both the IT Sales world - and contact sports, like boxing - can be a little 'testosterone-fuelled'.  In fact, so can the world in general - with men bottling up their problems, sometimes with devastating results.  Having grown up in working-class areas, they tend to be places where men have to be tough and there's no room for weakness. Over the years I've lost a few friends to suicide, and I can't begin to imagine how it has affected their families - especially the ones with kids; growing up, wondering why their dad left them. 

My target is £1000, so any donation large or small would be very gratefully received.  I'll share the video with the donators so they get to see me getting biffed - surely that's got to be worth it alone?  Either way

We facilitate non-professional peer to peer support groups across the Uk and Scotland for any man to attend over 18. We provide a confidential non-judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. We have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
