PulseGuard for Phoenix

Hi everyone,
Our one year old son Phoenix has been diagnosed with Multiple types of seizures. (Tonic clonic, absence with unawareness, Myoclonic and one type still being diagnosed ) We are still waiting for further testing to find out why he is having them and which type of epilepsy it is. He is currently not well enough for this testing.
Phoenix has started on Keppra (an anti seizure medication) we are yet to see how effective this will be and if he can tolerate the side effects long term. Because some of his seizures do not cause shaking and can be short, this makes other devices, such as ones that only pick up on “shaking or jerking seizures” ineffective for Phoenix.
He has had some tonic-clonic seizures during sleep and there has been times where I have woken up and he has not been breathing (and there was no shaking) because of this we are seeking to hire a PulseGuard. This device will work for Phoenix because his heart rate significantly rises during his seizures, and it will alert us when his heart rate rises above or drops below his threshold. We will also be able to continuously monitor his heart rate and send data to his neurologist.
They are currently only made America and the initial hire fee is expensive, plus the tax which is 20% of the sign up fee and the shipping we will have to pay to get it here. There is also an ongoing rental fee of $60aud per month or a one yearly subscription available that is $290aud. This device comes with a minimum contract term of 18months.
Any funding for this will be highly appreciated.
also, if anyone knows of one like this that is cheaper or that can actually be purchased and connects via Bluetooth NOT Wifi, please contact me and let know.
The link is up the top for the PulseGuard, the price is in Great British Pounds, not Australian Dollars.
There is also a YouTube link made from the creators of PulseGuard and why they made it.
Thanks a Million
