PULSE is helping prepare the next generation of Pittsburgh's change agents and nonprofit leaders through the model of Serve, Live, & Grow.

SERVE – Nonprofit Partnership - We invite talented, university graduates to partner with local nonprofits for a year of service and leadership.

LIVE – COMMUNITY LIVING – Our Fellows cultivate community through living together and sharing meals, household tasks, finances and learning experiences.

GROW – TRAINING/DEVELOPMENT – We train and equip participants to become leaders in Pittsburgh by providing regular, personal and professional development opportunities.
