PULSE (the Pittsburgh Urban Leadership Service Experience) brings together young professionals from across the country - and from other countries - for a year-long Fellowship with a local Pittsburgh nonprofit. Throughout this year of service, PULSE Fellows expand the capacities of these nonprofits and make a significant impact on important causes such as:

Throughout this year of service, Fellows live together, support one another, and develop meaningful relationships as they serve, live, and grow together.

For many of our Fellows, this year of service is a stepping stone toward their careers. Last year, 60% of our Fellows were hired on by their nonprofits after their year of service and continue to make a positive difference as the next generation of Pittsburgh's nonprofit workforce.

This year, we have 12 Fellows continuing this work throughout Pittsburgh. Your support of PULSE will be amplified as it's invested in these young professionals, in the nonprofits they're serving, and throughout the Pittsburgh region.
