Shelby is a beautiful girl who will turn a big 3 this month. Shelby was taken by her mother from New York to Florida without her biological fathers knowledge. Charlie Foster III has had to fight for his daughter since she was born. He has fought to see her and know her care and whereabouts. In March 2015 Shelby was one of three victims of child abuse at the hands of her mother and her mothers live in boyfriend, the abuse was videotaped and sent to Charlie. Shelby was removed from her mothers care and Charlie is finding himself needing to retain a lawyer in Florida while he resides in New York. He is fighting to get CPI in Florida to recognize his rights and release his daughter to him. Charlie needs our help in raising funds for legal assistance and travel costs to Florida.
