Help save Arthur
Donation protected
Hi guys, I'm wee Arthur (emphasis on the Wee). I'm 8 years old, and I'm a clydesdale. Everyone who meets me calls me a gentle giant and says, "I'm just the kindest boy." I love everyone, especially all of the children on the yard, and I regularly give them pony rides. Unfortunately, I'm very poorly just now, and my human mum who is a student teacher said we need some help to raise funds to get me the tests, treatment, and surgeries that I desperately need to make me better I would be so grateful for any donations you might be able to give, and any extra pennies raised would be put in a veterinary fund with the vets to help other horses who need a little help.
Arthur isn't just a horse he is a much loved part of our family, and we really need some help to get him the life-saving scans treatment and surgery that he so desperately needs to save him. Arthur is currently in MBM veterinary hospital and has been for a few weeks following a tooth extraction and secondary sinus infection. The vets and all of the staff are taking such amazing care of him, and we can't thank them enough. Arthur has already undergone sinus surgery and weeks and weeks of extensive treatment for this ongoing issue but sadly without very expensive diagnostic imaging the vets are unable to pin point where the residual infection is and what the best surgery is to carry out to save him. Arthurs' initial surgery and tooth extraction was over £2000 along with over an other £1000 for veterinary aftercare. The CT scan is around £1300 and the current bill for his ongoing treatment and inpatient care is around £2000 and climbing daily, and no matter what surgery he needs, it's going to cost thousands on top of this. Unfortunately, insurance for this isn't an option, and even if it had been, the limit would already have been surpassed. Please help me save my boy he is the most gentle, loving soul with a heart of pure gold. I am happy to provide any and all proof of bills and payments.
