The Strategic Investor is a real estate investing workbook designed to give people what they actually need: Clarity, mindset, and tools that work minus the fluff or overpriced programs.

The manuscript is complete. The calculators, logs, and checklists are built. Thanks to your support, formatting and cover design are officially funded, and the digital version is now set to launch August 1.

Now we're moving into the next phase:

Getting contributor copies into readers’ hands

Funding initial marketing and outreach

Prepping for the print release

This next $250 will help cover these costs and build real momentum behind the release.

The original $350 goal was intentionally low—just enough to unlock the first step. One step at a time, built on purpose.
