My name is Jon Josten. I'm a storyteller.

I've written a few stories that made their way out into the world. This next one is a story that I didn't intend to write.

This story is about my parents. It is about their love and their life. It is about moments we shared. This is a story about grief, though. Both parents passed within two years of each other after their respective battles with cancer. One month before my dad passed, I decided to quit drinking. This story shares moments of sobriety and clarity amidst the tumultuous time.
