Public Health Connected develops tools to help you prioritize your health along with the rest of your life. Our tools provide evidence-based and culturally relevant information, developed by public health experts with input from community members.
Staying safer from COVID-19
Our first tool is SAFER COVID-19, a free mobile app that helps people make a plan to stay safer from COVID-19. We saw people struggling to protect their health during the pandemic, and created the app to help them lower their chance of getting COVID-19 while living their life.
