Dear friends, family, friends of friends and anyone who feels they can help. Please take a moment to read this story of my precious baby nephew who lost his battle with HLHS at only 8 weeks old.

Julian Donsbach was born on September 18th, 2016. He came into this world under special circumstances that only god can explain. His parents, Cyndi and Ethan, were the most special parents to this baby from the day they found out they were pregnant. My sweet nephew was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) when he was less than half way through the gestation journey.
As soon as the diagnosis was made, the plan of care for this baby began. Family, friends, doctors, nurses and even strangers rallied together and the plan was set!
My sister Cyndi was induced the night of September 16th. Julian was a fighter and he held out until the wee morning hours of September 18th. He was doing well and at just three days old he conquered his first of three open heart surgeries. Julian was so strong and recovered so well that he was able to go home!!! Aside from a couple of trips to the hospital just to ensure things were ok, Julian was adapting great at home with mommy and daddy and big brother. 
On Saturday November 12th all of their lives and ours have changed once again. Julian took his last breaths and the good lord called him home at just 8 weeks of age. 

There are going to be a lot of financial stressors to follow this event and although I know it is the last thing they are thinking of right now we are looking to help ease the stress of this in the near future. The pain of Burying a child is something I will never understand. This was my sisters first baby. She and Ethan are amazing people and I will never believe they deserved any of this. Please help support my Sisters little family's medical bills and funeral of my sweet, prescious, prefect baby nephew Julian Bennett Donsbach. And if you can, please send prayers of comfort and strength for my family for the days, weeks, months, and years to come.

Ethan and Cyndi would like all of their donors to know that all monies remaining, after medical bills and funeral costs, will be donated to Children's Hospital- Heart Center. This is the wonderful hospital that took incredible care of baby Julian all the way through his journey.
