Preston Kimbrough champain........please help!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm Kim Butler very close family friend of Preston Kimbrough and my best friend Heather Brazzell his fiance. August 27 Nashville, TN ..Preston was hit in a head on collision on Stewart's Ferry PK. . He was rushed to Vanderbilt Hospital in critical condition... Preston had several broken bones in his neck and back and broken ribs...God was with him that night!! Preston had to have back surgery early the next morning... He has several injuries to his head. Also many cuts to his body . Some cuts required stitches.. Preston was discharged by Sunday...which was to early...he has no medical insurance and no short term disability through his job...Prestons fiance Heather is taking very good care of him. He is in serious pain and unable to do things for himself. He has to wear a neck brace for 6 weeks or longer..when he does get up he has to wear a uncomfortable back brace...he is in the bed majority of the time...Heather has her hands full caring for him and their 3 kids. Devon is 2, Christian is 4 he has special needs. Reagan is 12...this family needs alot of help. Preston is the sole provider for his family. He can't work now for several months. They have medical bills and personal bills plus every day needs...the car Preston was in is totalled which was their only car. They had liability so it wont cover getting another car..Please donate!
