My name is Natalie Isaac, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart. My husband and I have started a GoFundMe to help the people in my home country of Jamaica, who are suffering deeply after Hurricane Melissa tore through the island. The devastation is unimaginable, especially in the community where I grew up before moving to America.

Many families have lost everything — their homes, their belongings, and in some cases, even their sense of hope. My heart aches for them. These are people I know and love, people who have always shown kindness and strength despite hardship.
